Pakoras
Traditionally in India, Pakoras are served with Masala Chai (Indian tea) to guests at wedding ceremonies. In Vegetable Pakora, a variety of vegetables, such as potatoes and cabbage, are mixed with spices, such as ginger, cumin and turmeric, and fried until fluffy on the inside and crunchy on the outside. Invite your friends to try these vegetable fritters accompanied by the traditional tomato and pepper chutney.
Thali
Do you know a more varied and complete meal than Thali?
At Chicken Thali, the traditional Nepalese chicken curry is made with ginger and fenugreek. It is accompanied by several side dishes, including Daal, vegetable curry, salad, and rice. An excellent choice to try several traditional Nepali cuisine recipes in a single dish.
